Score: Sevilla Heels and Cupro Trousers

The other day Anthropologie posted new markdowns, and two items I've had my eye on for a long time finally went on sale. I jumped on these:

Sevilla Heels by Coclico

The purple shade and the pointed ruffles down the front are utterly charming. These look like day-to-night heels that I can wear in the winter with dresses and ankle pants alike. I'm quite looking forward to trying them on, as I received my first pair of Coclico shoes the other week, Poseidon Rising Booties, shown below, and they fit like a glove (I may be mixing analogies here). This seems to be a company that turns out well-designed handmade shoes. Each pair even comes with a cute miniature catalog of the current collection, packaged right into the shoebox.

I'm also getting the Crisply Pleated Trousers by Daughters of the Liberation.

I can never resist a pair of perfectly slouchy yet chic trousers. Cupro has become my favorite new fabric, and I'm hoping this pair fits me as well as it does these models.

I intend to dress them up, down, and every which way. Keep an eye out for a Loot follow-up post.

How are the crisply pleated trousers fitting you? I`m still waiting for mine- I live in Canada so a friend is shipping them up north for me :)
